According to Xinyuan United's regulations, the annual turnover rate of the consignment warehouse should not be less than 4. Ensuring a high turnover rate helps customers fully utilize their consignment warehouse quota and reduce their own financial burden.

Sunset Clause:

If the contract is not renewed upon termination, Party A shall buy out all materials in the consignment warehouse that have arrived, are being delivered, or are in stock.

During the contract period, Party A shall buy out any materials in the consignment warehouse that have not been consumed within one year. Consignment Warehouse Quota: The consignment warehouse quota is calculated based on the annual transaction amount and fluctuates with the annual transaction amount.
