• Inventory Turnover Rate (ITO): The ratio of annual consumption of consignment inventory to the value of standing materials. According to Xinyuan United's regulations, the annual turnover rate of consignment inventory should not be less than 4. Ensuring a high turnover rate helps customers fully utilize their consignment inventory quota and reduce their own financial burden.

Sunset Clause:

1. Upon contract termination and non-renewal, Party A shall purchase all materials already delivered, in transit, or prepared in the consignment warehouse.

2. During the contract period, Party A shall purchase all materials in the consignment warehouse that have not been consumed within one year. Consignment Warehouse Quota: The consignment warehouse quota is calculated based on the annual transaction volume and fluctuates with the annual transaction volume. Financial Support and Operational Maintenance Guarantee Reduce Production Costs. Service Solution Case: Through communication and coordination between the sales manager and the client, it was learned that the user designed crusher liners according to the current ore properties, optimized the process flow, conducted personnel training, and carried out regular equipment inspections.
