Job Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of the department head, conduct preliminary design preparation for the project, compile feasibility study reports, complete the preliminary design and construction drawing design of the mineral processing section, complete the internal verification and signing of drawings, compile design summaries, handle on-site issues, provide technical briefings, review drawings, and prepare tender documents.
(1) Under the guidance of the chief designer and professional leaders, conduct preliminary project preparation work, study geological reports, cooperate with sampling design, propose requirements for mineral processing test research, collect basic data, understand the mining and ore supply situation, and compile feasibility study reports;
(2) Responsible for the mineral processing design work in the preliminary design, complete the compilation of design specifications, design drawings, equipment list, and budget table for the mineral processing section;
(3) Responsible for construction drawing design work, draw plant equipment configuration diagrams, equipment unit or unit installation diagrams, metal structure installation and fabrication diagrams, piping diagrams, and conveyor layout diagrams;
(4) Develop professional work plans and coordinate professional work.

(1) Under the leadership of the environmental protection professional head, undertake specific industrial design tasks and be responsible for design quality and progress; be proficient in environmental protection design work and be able to independently proofread various design drawings; arrange personal work plans according to task requirements, be conscientious and responsible, design carefully, and complete tasks on time;
(2) Conscientiously implement national, industry, and local standards, specifications, regulations, and unified engineering technology regulations, and actively learn and adopt advanced international standards;
(3) Conscientiously collect relevant design data according to the requirements of the project design commencement report, conduct necessary investigations and research, perform technical and economic analysis, and compare schemes to ensure they meet the requirements of production, safety, maintenance, construction, installation, and environmental protection.

(2) Independently complete 2 or more complete flue gas treatment projects (design + construction + commissioning + acceptance); familiar with processes in power plants, steel plants, coking plants, waste incineration plants, and chemical industries.
(3) Proficient in process control: wet/dry/semi-dry desulfurization, SCR/SNCR denitrification, bag filter/electrostatic/wet electrostatic precipitators principles and design; able to perform material/heat balance calculations.
(4) Design and drawing skills: proficient in AutoCAD for PID/layout/construction drawings; knowledge of 3D modeling (SolidWorks), flow field simulation (CFD), and process simulation (Aspen/ChemCAD) is preferred. (5) Equipment Selection: Familiar with the selection and cost estimation of core equipment such as absorption towers, reactors, dust collectors, fans, pumps, and heat exchangers.
(6) Laws and Standards: Proficient in the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law, GB 13223 Emission Standards for Thermal Power Plants, GB 28664 Sintering and Pelletizing of Iron and Steel, etc., ensuring compliance.
(7) On-site Capabilities: Able to travel, provide on-site guidance for installation/commissioning/trial operation, and solve unexpected technical problems; possess data analysis and process parameter optimization capabilities.
